Me and My Team joins the hand together and accomplished many projects around Hyderabad.

Mr. Srinivasa Rao Perepi Chairman and Managing Director of Prakash Group. Graduate with a self-motivated and self-driven personality having 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate areas. He brings in rich experience and driving force for the group in all wakes of the business, and works with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. His key focus areas are strategy development and implementation, and building capabilities. It also leads Risk Management and Performance Review, plus enables synergies across the departments. Apart from business development, he is very active in sports and cultural events. He is known as a “Problem Solver” with his cool presence. We proudly call him “Mr. Cool Captain”.
